Installation of arc glass door

1. Installation of fixed frame of arc automatic door:

(1) Six columns are installed according to the size requirements.

(2) The cap head is fixed on the column with screws.

(3) The lower wharf is assembled with the column, and the lower wharf and the column are connected with angle aluminum and screws.

(4) The upper support assembly is installed, and the beam is connected with the corner support of the beam, and fixed with bolts and nuts. The beam is connected with the inner wall of the cap head, and is fixed with angle branches and screws.

2. Installation of flat steel: the flat steel is installed on the inner surface of the hat head, and the flat steel is used to fix all parts of the driving mechanism.

3. Installation of guide rail bracket (installation of arc rail bracket): use m8x25 screw to install the fixed plate of driving device on the flat steel. For 1 / 2 circle driving mechanism, 12 guide rail brackets are required.

4. Installation of circular rail: fix the circular rail to the rail bracket with m6x20 screw.

5. Installation of driving device and driving wheel: install the fixing plate of driving device on the flat steel with m8x15 screw, and then fix the driving device, driving motor and driving wheel on the fixing plate with m6x15 screw.

6. Installation of idler: use m8x15 screw to install the idler fixing plate on the flat steel, and then use m6x12 screw to install the idler on the idler fixing plate.

Installation of tensioning wheel: fix the processed tensioning wheel to the wheel fixing plate first, then fix the fixing plate to the tensioning wheel bracket with m6x10 screws, and then fix the tensioning wheel bracket to the flat steel with m8x15 screws.

7. Assembly of door ring hanger and belt fastener: one side of each circular arc door is equipped with pulley hanger, and the other side is equipped with connecting plate fixed with m4x12 screw besides pulley hanger. Belt fastener is installed on the connecting plate to connect door leaf and synchronous belt.

8. Hoisting of door leaf: the door leaf is first installed with the door pulley hanger, and then the pulley and the door crane are hung on the circular guide rail. Adjust the vertical position of the door leaf and the gap between the two doors, and then fix the leather arc glass door belt fastener on the door pulley hanger with the synchronous belt, and the door leaf is connected with the driving mechanism. Pay attention to the movement direction of belt fastener and synchronous belt.

9. Installation of door stopper: the door stopper is a limiting device for door leaf opening and closing. When the arc automatic door is in the state of full opening, determine the position of the door stopper. After the position is set to 9, fix the stopper with screws.

10. Install the controller: first install the control fixing plate, and then install the controller to the controller fixing plate with screws.

11. Installation of sensor and electric control system wiring: installation of sensor, power switch and electric control parts of drive motor wiring.

12. Installation of roof: after the installation of all parts of the arc-shaped automatic door, the roof shall be installed, and the waterproof and rainproof treatment shall be carried out.
